| Ten Princeton Women's Fencing Facts |
• Zoltan Dudas will likely become Princeton's all-time winningest coach in the coming season. He has 136 dual-match victories, behind only his predecessor Michel Sebastiani's 141 from 1988-2006.
• Eliza Stone '13 won the NCAA saber title in 2013, joining Eva Petschnigg (foil, 2000) as Princeton's NCAA individual champions.
• Princeton's fencing room is named for Stan Sieja, who was Princeton's coach from 1946-82. He is the program's all-time winningest coach with 258 victories.
• Princeton's NCAA team title in 2013 was the program's first NCAA team title of the combined men's/women's era. The team had taken home top-four trophies in 1994, 1996, 1999, 2011 and 2012.
• Princeton's Ivy League title in 2010 was the program's first since 2001. The team followed it up with Ivy titles the next three years and already owns the second-longest streak in league history (Penn, six, 1983-88).
• Since the program's first varsity season in 1988, it has had just two coaches, with Michel Sebastiani (1988-2006) and Zoltan Dudas (since 2006) serving in that role.
• Princeton set a program record for dual-match wins in a season when the Tigers went 29-2 in 2012-13.
• The Ivy League began naming the Most Outstanding Performer and Rookie of the Year at the Ivy League Championship in 2011. Princeton has won the last four combined honors, with rising junior Ambika Singh sweeping them in 2012 and Eliza Stone '13 and rising sophomore Gracie Stone doing so last season.
• Princeton has had a first-team All-Ivy League honoree every year since 1995.
• Rising senior Susannah Scanlan and Maya Lawrence '02 teamed with sisters Kelley and Courtney Hurley to win the women's epee team bronze medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics. The team defeated Russia 31-30 in extra time to claim the medal.
