2014-15 Princeton Hockey Schedule
The Princeton women's hockey team opens the 2014-15 season at with a two-game series at Penn State.
The Nittany Lions are one of four non-conference teams the Tigers will face this year. Princeton will visit Boston College for one game in January. A two-game series with RIT in November is on the docket. The RIT Tigers won the College Hockey America championship last year but was not allowed to compete in the NCAAs because of the mandated wait period.
Highlightling the schedule is a pair of games with Minnesota at Hobey Baker Rink on Nov. 29 & 30. The four-time NCAA champions last came to Princeton in 1998, three years before the sports was an NCAA-sanctioned sport.
Princeton opens the ECAC season on the road for the second straight season, this time at Cornell and Colgate. Following that trip the team returns home for a nine-game homestand that runs though the end of November. During that nine-game homestand, the Tigers face the defending national champion Clarkson on November 22.
The top eight in the ECAC will compete in the ECAC Quarterfinals on Feb. 27-29. The ECAC Championship is the following weekend March 6 & 7.
