Men's Tennis Wraps Second Day at LSU

A busy day in Baton Rouge saw the Princeton men's tennis team take two of 10 doubles matches and three of 10 singles contests as the LSU Fall Invitational completed its second day.
"We were not very successful in three-set matches today," Princeton coach Billy Pate said. "I'm disappointed in our performance considering we had leads in practically every third-set match. Clearly, we need to demonstrate greater mental toughness on key points and in adverse situations. The good news is we were in each and every match and we'll have ample opportunities to bounce back in the next two days."
Princeton will continue Saturday in the event, which includes players from Mississippi, Rice, Denver and Tulane as well as host LSU.
