Achterkirch Named ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Week

ALBANY, N.Y. (2/24/15) - Princeton's Emily Acterkirch earns her first ECAC Hockey honor, capturing Rookie of the Week accolades for the week ending Feb. 22.
Achterkirch scored her first career goal, the game-winning goal at Brown last Friday night. The next night she assisted on Princeton's goal in a 2-1 setback at Yale. She recorded four total shots on the weekend and registered a +2 rating.
Princeton faces Quinnipiac this weekend the ECAC Quarterfinals, best-of-three series.
