WEEKEND GAME NOTES
The Week that Was
• The Tigers extended their Ivy League record start to 25-0 (9-0 Ivy) with a pair of wins over Dartmouth (W, 70-31) and Harvard (W, 78-57).
• Princeton limited Dartmouth to just 31 points - the lowest total it has held an opponent to this season.
• The Big Green managed just 10 field goals and shot a paltry 18.9 percent from the floor, both season-lows for a Princeton opponent this year.
• Three different Tigers scored in double figures, led by Alex Wheatley with 20 points on 10-of-12 shooting.
• Annie Tarakchian narrowly missed out on a triple-double, posting 11 points, 14 rebounds and eight assists.
• Michelle Miller had 12 points on 6-of-11 shooting.
• Overcoming a slow start against Harvard, the Tigers turned a nine-point halftime lead into a 21-point margin of victory.
• Shooting just 30.8 percent in the first half, Princeton connected on 61.5 percent of its field goal attempts in the final 20 minutes.
• Blake Dietrick led all scorers with 23 points, eight assists and five rebounds.
• Hitting eight of her 12 shot attempts, Tarakchian recorded her fourth straight double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds.
• Pulling down a season-high 53 rebounds against both Dartmouth and Harvard, Princeton posted a +24.0 rebounding margin on the weekend.
• The Tigers shot 48.6 percent from the field in two games, while averaging 20.0 assists.

On the Cusp
• Eight-year head coach Courtney Banghart is currently tied with Joan Kowalik (163) for the most coaching wins in program history.
• Her career .709 career winning percentage is the highest in Princeton women's basketball history (163-66).
• Since her arrival in 2007-08, the Tigers are 87-17 against the Ivy League.
• Capturing the Ivy League title in four of the last five years, the Tigers have earned five consecutive postseason berths, while becoming the first Ivy squad to reach four-straight NCAA Tournaments (2010-13).
• The No. 9 seed in 2012 and 2013, Princeton was the No. 11 and No. 12 seed in 2011 and 2010, respectively, representing the highest seeds an Ivy League team has earned.
Fourth Time's a Charm
• Annie Tarakchian has posted four straight and a team-high nine double-doubles on the season.
• Tarakchian has four Ivy League Player of the Week awards this year.
• On Feb. 23, she became the third Tiger in 2014-15 to be named the CollegeSportsMadness.com Ivy POTW.
• In two games against Dartmouth and Harvard, Tarakchian averaged 14.0 points and 14.0 rebounds.
• Currently leading the conference in three-point shooting (50.6), Tarakchian is second in rebounding (9.3) and ranked fourth in field goal percentage (48.6).
Swan Song
• This weekend's games could be the last for the Class of 2015 in Jadwin Gymnasium.
• Princeton's four seniors will be honored in a pregame ceremony prior to Saturday's showdown with Brown.
• Together, Blake Dietrick, Alex Rodgers, Jess Shivers and Mariah Smith have helped the Tigers to a 92-21 (0.814) overall record since 2011.
• Princeton has posted a 47-4 (0.922) conference mark since their arrival, while helping the Orange & Black capture league titles in 2011-12 and 2012-13.
• The Class of 2015 has amassed a 42-5 (0.894) home record since 2011-12.
Leading the Pack
• In the midst of a stellar senior season, Blake Dietrick has earned a spot on the Nancy Lieberman watch list and the Naismith Trophy Midseason 30.
• The Nancy Lieberman award is presented every year to the best point guard in the nation, while the Naismith Trophy is awarded annually to the best men's and women's college basketball players.
• Averaging career-highs in points (14.8), assists (5.1) and rebounds (4.9) per game, Dietrick is shooting a career-best 48.0 percent from the field.
• Dietrick has been named the Ivy League Player of the Week on five occasions this season.
• Dietrick has picked up three CollegeSportsMadness.com Ivy Player of the Week laurels in 2014-15.
• She is the only player in program history to be named the USBWA National Player of the Week, garnering her second honor from the organization on Jan. 6.
• Dietrick currently ranks first in the Ivy League in assists per game (5.2), is third in three-point shooting (43.0), and fifth in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.7), scoring (14.8) and field goal percentage (48.0).
Climbing the Ladder
• Princeton is currently ranked No. 14 in both the Associated Press Top-25 and USA Today Coaches Poll.
• Princeton is the only team in Ivy League history to be ranked in both polls at the same time.
• The Tigers are the first conference team to be ranked in the USA Today Coaches Poll.
• The Orange and Black's No. 14 AP ranking is the highest in conference history.
• In 2011-12 Princeton became the first Ivy team to be nationally ranked, finishing No. 24 in the final AP poll. The Tigers also received votes in each of the final nine coaches polls that season.
• The Orange and Black are also slotted No. 18 in the latest NCAA RPI rankings and No. 7 in the Jeff Sagarin/CBN Women's Basketball ratings.
Superb Start
• The Tigers extended their Ivy League women's basketball record start to 25-0.
• Only the 1970-71 Penn men's team had more consecutive victories to open a season, going 28-0.
• Princeton has bested what had previously been the longest win streak in program history (21) set in 2009-10.
• The Tigers are one win away from tying the program record for victories in a season (26) also set in 2009-10.
• Alongside the University of Kentucky's men's team (28-0), the Tigers are one of just two remaining unbeaten teams in Division I Men's or Women's Basketball.
Out in Front
• Princeton has made quick work of its opponents this season, winning all but two of its games by double digits.
• The Tigers' largest margin of victory is a 71-point triumph over Portland St. (Dec. 19). Princeton's largest Ivy win came by way of a 50-point victory over Harvard on Jan. 30.
• Princeton has won 15 of its games by at least 20 points.
• The Tigers have built a lead of at least 20 on 21 occasions.
• The Orange and Black have led by at least 30 points in 13 of its outings.
• Princeton has led from end-to-end in nine of its games.
• The largest deficit the Tigers have faced in 2014-15 has been seven points (Drexel, Nov. 19/Hampton, Jan. 5).
• The Tigers have only trailed at the half on one occasion - its season opener against Pittsburgh (20-19).
• Princeton has trailed in the second half just twice this season (Pitt, Nov. 14/Hampton, Jan. 5), for a total of 3:04.
• Princeton's six-point win over Yale is its smallest margin of victory this year (W, 56-50).
Weekly Honors
• With Annie Tarakchian's Player of the Week accolade on Feb. 23, a Princeton player has laid claim to the Ivy League POTW award in each of the first 12 weeks in which it has played a game and been eligible, setting a new Ivy record.
• It is Tarakchian's fourth Ivy POTW of the season, having also been recognized on Dec. 1, Dec. 22 and Feb. 16.
• Tarakchian became the third Princeton player this season to garner praise from CollegeSportsMadness.com as the Ivy Player of the Week.

• The Tigers lead the nation in three-point shooting percentage (41.4). Second in the country in field goal percentage (49.7) and scoring margin (+26.1), Princeton is 14th in scoring offense (77.6), 16th in assists (17.1) and 20th in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.18).
• Also boasting one of the nation's stingiest defenses, the Tigers are third in opponent field goal percentage (33.6), fifth in opponent three-point percentage (25.8), and sixth in points allowed (51.5) and rebounding margin (+11.7).
Around the Ivy (Through Games of Feb. 23)
• The league's most potent offense, Princeton currently leads the Ivy in points per game (77.6), FG percentage (49.7), 3PT percentage (41.4), and assists (17.1).
• The Tigers also top the conference in rebounding margin (+11.7), are second in blocks (4.5) and third in steals (8.8).
• Princeton leads the league in scoring defense (51.5), opponent three-point percentage (25.8), and opponent field goal percentage (33.6)
• Dietrick currently ranks first in the Ivy League in assists per game (5.2), is third in three-point shooting (43.0), and fifth in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.7), scoring (14.8) and field goal percentage (48.0).
• Alex Wheatley currently leads the Ivy League in shooting percentage (59.8).

Scouting Yale
• Princeton is 52-30 all-time against Yale.
• With a 56-50 victory over the Bulldogs earlier this season, the Tigers improved to 13-2 against Yale under eight-year head coach Courtney Banghart.
• Princeton's six-point win marked the smallest margin of victory for the Tigers this season.
• A one possession game in the final minute, Annie Tarakchian put back a Michelle Miller miss to extend the lead to five.
• Tarakchian finished with a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Alex Wheatley led all scorers with 18 points.
• Shooting 45.2 percent as a team, the Tigers held Yale to 30.0 percent shooting (21-70).
• Entering this weekend's competition with a 12-12 (6-4 Ivy) record, the Bulldogs put the brakes on a four-game losing skid with a 67-57 win over Columbia.
• Whitney Wyckoff netted a career-high 18 points on 8-of-13 shooting against the Lions. Wykoff currently leads the Bulldogs in league play with 9.6 points and 2.5 assists per game.
• Emmy Allen posted a double-double against Columbia with 15 points and 10 rebounds.
• Yale is currently second in the Ivy in offensive rebounds with 14.3 per contest.
Scouting Brown
• Princeton is 40-30 all-time against Brown.
• The Tigers' 86-58 win over the Bears on Feb. 13 upped the team's mark against Brown to 14-1 under Courtney Banghart.
• Six different Tigers scored in double figures, led by Blake Dietrick with 18 points, seven rebounds and four assists.
• Shooting 48.3 percent from the floor and 46.7 percent from three, Princeton held Brown to 33.3 percent shooting.
• Having dropped three of four, the Bears are 10-14 on the year with a 4-6 Ivy record.
• Jordin Alexander leads the team in scoring with 15.5 ppg. Sophie Bikofsky is averaging 12.9 points and 4.7 rebounds in 24 appearances.
