No. 13 Women's Water Polo Heads North to Face CWPA Rivals Harvard, Brown

The Tigers will square off with the Crimson at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Apr. 18 before returning to the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center to face to host Bears.
Having already prevailed in a pair of games against Harvard and Brown this year, Princeton holds a 34-1 all-time mark against Crimson and 25-5 edge in the series against the Bears.
THE WEEK THAT WAS
• The Tigers went 2-1 in CWPA play last weekend at DeNunzio Pool to improve to 24-3 on the season and 7-1 in conference play.
• Suffering a 13-12 sudden death setback against No. 12 Indiana on Friday, the Tigers defeated No. 16 Michigan 9-7 before closing out the weekend with a lopsided 10-2 triumph over Notre Dame College.
• Ashley Hatcher paced the Tigers against the Hoosiers with four goals. Chelsea Johnson, Pippa Temple and Emily Smith each had a pair of scores while Haley Wan collected three assists and three steals.
• Playing all 40:44 minutes in net, Ashleigh Johnson made 12 saves against Indiana.
• Dishing out three helpers against the Hoosiers, Jessie Holechek turned in a hat-trick against nationally ranked Michigan, while recording two more assists.
• A. Johnson stopped 18 of the 25 shots she faced against the Wolverines.
• Seven different Tigers found the back of the net against Notre Dame, led by Morgan Hallock with three goals. Taylor Dunstan chipped in with three assists and three steals.
• Helena van Brande moved to 9-0 on the year with eight saves.
WEEKLY HONORS
• Ashleigh Johnson was named the CWPA Player and Defensive Player of the Week following her solid showings against nationally ranked Indiana and Michigan.
• Making 12 saves against the Hoosiers, Johnson turned away 18 of the 25 shots she faced against Michigan.
• Posting a 15-3 record this season, Johnson has registered a 0.698 save percentage with 12 assists and 27 steals.
• Recording double digit saves in 11 appearances, her 18 saves against the Wolverines marked her third highest total of the year.
• Johnson also took home Defensive POTW honors on Apr. 2 and Feb. 16.
PAVING THE WAY
• Pacing a Tiger offense that has seen all 15 players record a goal, Ashley Hatcher has a team-high 63 goals on the season.
• Tallying at least three goals on 10 occasions, she had four scores against Indiana last Friday.
• Finding the back of the opposing net in all but two of her outings, Hatcher has recorded a 0.563 shot percentage this season.
• Her 63 goals are already a career high and rank 11th on the program's single-season charts.
• Hatcher's 226 career goals currently rank fifth in program history.
SHARING THE BURDEN
• In addition to Ashley Hatcher (63), five other Tigers have recorded at least 20 goals this season.
• Jessie Holechek currently ranks second on the team in goals (45) and assists (32).
• Morgan Hallock and Pippa Temple have 28 and 27 goals, respectively, with Hallock also drawing a team-high 76 ejections. Temple has collected 18 assists and 13 steals in her 26 appearances.
• Freshmen Chelsea Johnson and Haley Wan each have 25 goals.
MAKING AN IMPACT
• Princeton's freshmen field players have combined for 75 goals, 60 assists and 58 steals.
• Currently leading the team in assists (41), steals (29), and blocks (14), Haley Wan has also scored 25 goals, while going 43-30 (0.589) on sprints.
• Second on the squad in ejections drawn (24), Chelsea Johnson has scored on 25 of her 46 shot attempts (0.543).
• Sydney Cheong has 13 goals and 10 steals in 20 outings, while Emily Smith has amassed 12 goals and 10 steals.
• Not to be outdone, Helena van Brande is a perfect 9-0 as the team's back-up goalkeeper, posting a 0.668 save percentage with 18 steals and six assists.
LAST MEETING
• Earlier this season, the Tigers upended Harvard at the Princeton Invitational, 12-6, before dispatching of Brown at the Ivy League Championship, 9-4.
• Chelsea Johnson and Ashley Hatcher each had a hat-trick against the Crimson, while Haley Wan collected four assists and two steals.
• Playing all 32:00 minutes, Ashleigh Johnson made 12 saves against Harvard.
• Jessie Holechek keyed the Orange and Black's attack against Brown, registering four goals. Wan chipped in with three goals and an assist.
