PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton University baseball team returns to action on Apr. 5-6 for a pivotal Ivy League weekend against Harvard and Dartmouth.
The Tigers will travel to Cambridge, Mass. for a doubleheader with the Crimson on Saturday, Apr. 4 before continuing north to Hanover, N.H. for a twinbill against the Big Green on Sunday, Apr. 5.
Splitting last season's doubleheader against Harvard (L, 4-3/W, 6-2), Princeton is 121-144-2 all-time against the Crimson. The Tigers hold a 95-85 edge in the series against Dartmouth after taking both games against the Big Green (W, 3-0/W, 4-3) last season.
THE WEEK THAT WAS
• The Tigers went 1-3 in their opening Ivy League weekend against Brown and Yale.
• Dropping the first game of a doubleheader to Brown, 4-3, the Tigers rallied for an 8-2 victory in the nightcap.
• The Orange and Black suffered a pair of setbacks to Yale (L, 2-1/L, 8-3).
• Despite taking the loss in his start against Brown, Chad Powers did not allow an earned run in 6.0 innings, giving up just three hits, while striking out four.
• Keelan Smithers allowed two runs on seven hits in 6.2 innings in a loss.
• Nick Brady secured the Tigers' lone win on the weekend, giving up two runs on five hits in 6.0 innings with four strikeouts.
• Nick Donatiello earned a save in the win, pitching 3.1 hitless innings.

• Tyler Servais hit .545 over the weekend with a homer and a .545 on-base percentage.

• Arendt is tied for the team lead with eight doubles and is one of three Tigers with double-digit RBI (10).

• Danny Hoy is hitting .325 while slugging a squad-best .590.
• Hoy is tied for the team lead with eight doubles and has belted a squad-best four home runs.
