One Round Remains for Prchal at NCAA Regional at Yale
May 15, 2015 | Men's Golf
Princeton sophomore Quinn Prchal has one round remaining at the NCAA Regional at Yale, where he stands at +9 after 36 holes.
Prchal opened Friday's play with three pars after starting on the 10th hole and at the turn had added one stroke to his total from par after going birdie-bogey on 16 and 17. Though Prchal birdied the first hole of the back nine, he added four strokes over that span to finish at 5-over for the day and 9-over for the weekend.
Of the 14 teams and 75 total golfers at the Yale regional, the top five teams and the top player not on those teams will advance. After two rounds of play, that spot would go to Northwestern's Dylan Wu, who was even-par Friday to remain at -2 for the weekend.
Prchal's final round Saturday will begin at 9:31 a.m. on the 10th hole, and live scoring is available via Golfstat here.
