Men's Golf Sets Pace Midway Through Navy Fall Classic
September 13, 2015 | Men's Golf
Through one round at the Navy Fall Classic, just one team posted a number, and that team is in orange and black.
Princeton holds a four-shot lead over Georgetown at the tournament at the Naval Academy Golf Course, leading a field of 10 teams that includes eight schools and three squads from host Navy.
Individually, sophomore Marc Hedrick is the top Tiger, standing fourth overall at 2-under. Le Moyne's John Clare and Seton Hall's David Cha are co-leaders at 4-under with Georgetown's Jack Musgrave a shot back at 3-under.
Princeton placed three golfers in the top 10, one more than any other team.
The Tigers' first tournament of the fall will wrap Monday with one round and the first tee times at 8:30 a.m.
