All-Ivy Middle Brittany Ptak Talks Strong Play, Dillon, Upcoming Ivy Season
September 23, 2015 | Women's Volleyball
One year ago, Brittany Ptak was the inexperienced middle just trying to find her place within the Princeton volleyball lineup. She had replaced her All-Ivy teammate Tiana Woolridge, who suffered a season-ending injury during the first day of preseason.
Now Ptak is the experienced All-Ivy middle, and she is ready to lead Princeton into Ivy League play this Friday night in Dillon Gym against Penn. Princeton is riding the momentum of four straight wins and a championship at the Rutgers Tournament, and it is looking forward to making its home home debut in Dillon Gym.
In this interview, Ptak talks about the team's current momentum, the play of freshman middle Nnenna Ibe, and the rigors of the Ivy League season.
Check back tomorrow for a full preview of the game, including links to follow online.
