March 31 TigerCast: Kayla Bose and Nick Hernandez
March 31, 2016 | Baseball, General, Softball
As they prepare to open their 2016 Ivy League seasons, softball senior standout Kayla Bose and Nick Hernandez, one of the leading hitters on the baseball team, joined the latest edition of TigerCast.
Bose is hitting .318 for a softball team that has won three straight games heading into Friday's Ivy League opener against Dartmouth. Princeton opened its home schedule last weekend with a sweep of Colgate, and it will look for a similarly quick start to its league play when it faces Dartmouth and Harvard this weekend.
Hernandez is hitting .286 for the baseball team, which won its home opener Wednesday against Seton Hall. The Tigers have already matched their win total from last season, and they will open their season against a Dartmouth team Saturday that went 16-4 in Ivy play.
