Steeplechase Gets Women's Track 14 Points at ECACs

RESULTS
PRINCETON, N.J. (5/13/16) - Steeplechasers Emily de La Bruyere and Lizzie Bird earned their team 14 points by finishing second and third on Day 1 of the ECAC Track & Field Championships at Weaver Stadium.
de La Bruyere was the runner-up at 10:12.31, while Bird was third at 10:15.03. Bird improved nearly 11 seconds upon her time from last weekend's Ivy League Heps race.
Sophomore Kennedy O'Dell was 10th in the discus with a throw of 42.42 (139-2) on her first attempt. She also reached 42.19 and 42.22.
In the 5k, senior Kathryn Little was 10th with a time of 17:34.93.
After four scored events, Cornell leads with 25 points, followed by New Hampshire with 16 and then the Tigers with 14.
