Shea Greene Earns First Team All-America Honors at NCAA Outdoor Championships

EUGENE, ORE. – Shea Greene earned First Team All-America honors as the Princeton women's track and field team began competition at the NCAA Championships on Thursday in Eugene.
Throwing 54.90m/180-1, senior Greene took seventh place in the nation to earn her third All-America honors and first career First Team distinction.
Princeton's dynamic jumping duo of Alex Kelly and Georgina Scoot finished 17th and 18th in the long jump, clearing 6.24m/20-5¾ and 6.15m/20-2¼.
Angela McAuslan-Kelly took 19th in the hammer, throwing 61.63m/202-2.
In the pole vault, Tessa Mudd finished in 22nd with a clearance of 4.09m/13-5.

The Tigers will continue competition at Hayward Field on Saturday with three more field event finals. Layla Giordano will compete in the discus, Alysa Carrigan will compete in the high jump and Scoot will compete again in the triple jump.
