Men's Tennis Team Readies for ITA Northeast Regional at Yale

Six Tigers will compete at the ITA Northeast Regional at Yale when main-draw play gets underway Thursday.

In singles play, Ryan Seggerman is seeded in the second four in his first ITA regional and Kial Kaiser is seeded in the second 16 with Davey Roberts, Jimmy Wasserman and Luke Gamble also included in the draw. The doubles bracket has Seggerman and Gamble seeded in the second two with Kaiser competing alongside Wasserman and Roberts competing with Ben Tso.

The seeded players and doubles teams will have first-round byes. Thursday will feature one round each of doubles and singles beginning at 9:45 a.m. with doubles. Friday will include one round of doubles and one round of singles, beginning at 9:45 a.m. Saturday will have one round of doubles and two rounds of singles with play beginning at 9:45 a.m., and play will continue through Monday.

Gamble, with Alex Day '17, was the last current Tiger in the 2016 regional draw, making the doubles semis for the second year in a row as a pair.
