Three Tigers Advance to Singles Quarters at Farnsworth

Senior Diego Vives, junior Jimmy Wasserman and freshman Kabir Sarita all won their way into their flight's quarterfinals after wins Friday on the first day of the Farnsworth Invitational at the Lenz Tennis Center.
Vives had a bye and won his quarterfinal match to set up a quarterfinal in the B draw Saturday against Marist's Lars Schouten, while Sarita did the same to head into a quarterfinal in the C draw against Temple's Mark Wallner. Wasserman won twice to make the quarters in the B draw against NJIT's Aleksa Petrovic.
Both of Princeton's doubles teams won their opening matches to advance to the quarters, with Sarita and Vives set to meet Youssef Lahlou and Hazma Laalej of Drexel in the B draw and freshman Noah Agarwal and Wasserman meeting Weston Branch and Aleksandr Samets of Middlebury in the C quarters.
Doubles play will begin at 8:30 a.m. Saturday for two rounds with two rounds of singles set to begin at 10:30 a.m.
