Lakewood Ranch Clay-Court Event Set to Wrap Fall Season for Men's Tennis Team

Luke Gamble, Diego Vives, Ben Tso and Davey Roberts will represent the Princeton men's tennis team at the Lakewood Ranch Intercollegiate clay-court event at the Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club in Sarasota, Fla., Friday through Sunday.
The event will be Princeton's last of seven events the fall season before the spring dual-match campaign starts up on Jan. 28 in Jadwin Gym against Michigan State.
Auburn, Central Florida, Florida, Florida Gulf Coast, Illinois, Louisville, George Washington, Michigan, Navy, Illinois and reigning NCAA team champion Virginia will be sending players to the event. This will be the sixth consecutive year Princeton has competed. Roberts was a consolation singles champion last year in his first trip to the tournament, while Tso will be competing for the third time.
Draws and results will be available here. Play will begin Friday at 9 a.m. with two rounds of doubles and two rounds of singles scheduled for the day. Saturday, play will begin at 9 a.m. for one round of doubles followed by two rounds of singles, and Sunday, finals will be held beginning at 11:30 a.m. Singles play will have a back draw while doubles will have only the main draw.
