Final Round Cancelled in California as the Tigers Finish Second

Though the Princeton women's golf team looked to have Tuesday's final round to make a charge at the Sacramento State Invitational title, rain and lighting got in the way and forced cancellation of the final round at the Sierra View Country Club in Roseville, northeast of California's capital.
Host Sacramento State hung on to the team title by one shot over Princeton, while Northern Arizona's Sofia Anokhina won medalist honors at -3 by three shots over Cal State Northridge's Ysabel Tran. Princeton's Hana Ku and Utah Valley's Carly Dehlin are tied for fourth at +2.
Princeton will play again at the Harvard Invitational at The Oaks Club in Osprey, Fla., April 1-2.
