Women's Tennis Team Defeats San Diego

Making it 2 for 2 on the spring trip to California, the Princeton women's tennis team defeated San Diego 4-1 Thursday afternoon before staying in town to face San Diego State Friday.
Princeton got doubles wins from its 72nd-ranked pair of Caroline Joyce and Nicole Kalhorn at first and Clare McKee and Katrine Steffensen at third to lock down the afternoon's first point, and the Tigers responded to a USD win at fourth singles with straight-set wins from Sivan Krems, McKee and Joyce on courts three, six and five to clinch the win.
Friday's match at SDSU is a 5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT start.
Order of finish: Doubles: 3, 1; Singles: 4, 3, 6, 5
