Four Tigers To Travel Abroad This Spring With USA Field Hockey

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton Tigers will have four players traveling aboard with United States national teams this spring.

Maddie Bacskai, Ryan McCarthy and Julianna Tornetta '21 will be traveling with the U.S. U-21 team to England from April 10-16.

The U-21 USWNT will play in a four-match test series against England at Bisham Abbey. The games will be played on Thursday, April 13 (4 p.m. local), Friday, April 14 (4 p.m. local, Sunday April 16 (3 p.m. local) and Monday, April 17 (10:30 a.m. local).

MaryKate Neff '21 was also named to the U-19 squad that will be traveling to Germany from April 12-18. The team will take on the Germany's junior national unit.

The U-21 USWNT is led by head coach Phil Edwards and assisted by Shannon Taylor. Rachel Dawson will be the tour manager and Deborah Fischi will be the athletic trainer. The U-19 USWNT is coached by Tamara Durante and Ole Keusgen.
