Princeton No. 10 In Today's CWPA Varsity Poll

PRINCETON, N.J. – Following a 5-2 California trip, the Princeton Tigers are the No. 10 team in the Collegiate Water Polo Association's (CWPA) Varsity Poll.
Haley Wan was outstanding out west. In the Tigers' last seven games, the junior recorded 24 goals and is currently on a streak of six consecutive hat tricks. She now has 41 for the season and 133 for her career. Ashleigh Johnson surpassed the 200-save mark in the team's last game vs. No. 1 USC. She has allowed three goals or less in five games this season.
Princeton's only losses in California were to No. 1 USC and No. 4 Arizona State. The Tigers have nine victories vs. CWPA top-20 teams including decisions over No. 12 San Diego State, No. 22 CSU Bakersfield and No. 16 Long Beach State in California.
USC sits atop the CWPA poll in front of Stanford, UCLA, Arizona State and California. Michigan is the top CWPA team in the poll at No. 7.
The Tigers get back at it on Saturday as they take on Saint Francis (11 a.m.) and Bucknell (7 p.m.) on Apr. 1 in CWPA action.
