This weekend will mark the final full weekend for the Ivy League's men's tennis teams, and it'll bring Harvard and Dartmouth to Princeton for matches Saturday and Sunday.
The team will have updates on its Twitter feed @PtonMensTennis. Admission is free. Saturday's match has been forced indoors due to rain and now has a 1:30 p.m. start. Sunday's match is still planned to be held outdoors at the Lenz Tennis Center at 1 p.m.
The Ivy standings heading have Cornell, Columbia and Harvard all tied at 4-1 with Princeton next at 2-2. Cornell and Columbia host Yale and Brown this weekend. Six of the eight teams will wrap their regular seasons Sunday, and Princeton and Penn will play the final Ivy regular-season match next Saturday in Princeton.
Princeton beat both teams during the ECAC Championship in Jadwin in February, but the Tigers will be looking for their first Ivy win over Harvard since 2011 and first over Dartmouth since 2013.
Junior Kial Kaiser, who has played everywhere from second through sixth on the dual season, enters the weekend as the team's winningest player in dual matches at 10-7 while junior Luke Gamble and senior Alex Day, the nation's 41st-ranked doubles pair, lead all Princeton duos in dual-match wins at 13-8. Harvard counts Kenny Tao and Brian Yeung as the nation's 66th-ranked doubles team and Tao ranked 121st individually, while Charlie Broom and Max Fliegner are ranked 72nd as a doubles team for Dartmouth.
