Men's Golf Team Battling for First at the Princeton Invitational

Heading into Sunday's final round, the Princeton men's golf team stands just two strokes off the lead at the Princeton Invitational following Saturday's two rounds at Springdale Golf Club.
Minnesota leads the 14-team field at +5, two shots better than Princeton. The Golden Gophers held a 13-shot lead over second-place Princeton after Saturday's first round, but the Tigers chopped nine shots off their first-round score while Minnesota added 15 shots to its number through the first 18 to shrink the gap.
Michael Davis leads four Tigers in the top 20 at even par, standing in sixth place. Lloyd Jefferson Go of Seton Hall leads at -8, three shots in front of Harvard's Aurian Capart, using a second-round 65 to fuel his run to the top while Marc Hedrick had the lowest round for a Tiger on the day with a second-round 68. Hedrick had four second-round birdies to trim eight strokes off his first-round score.
