2017-18 Princeton Hockey Schedule
In the first year of the under the leadership of head coach Cara Morey, the Princeton women's hockey team opens the 2017-18 season on Oct. 20 & 21 hosting Providence at Hobey Baker Rink in a two-game series.
The Friars are one of four non-conference teams the Tigers will play. The team hosts Boston University in a two-game series on New Year's weekend, Dec. 30 & Dec. 31. Princeton will also play Merrimack in a two-game set in Massachusetts during Thanksgiving weekend. The final non-conference opponent will be Penn State on Tuesday, Jan. 30, the first game back from semester break. That should be a special one in University Park as the Tigers face former head coach Jeff Kampersal and his first year with the Nittany Lions.
The ECAC Hockey schedule begins with Princeton hosting Harvard and Dartmouth on Oct. 27 & 28. Other conference action at Hobey Baker Rink includes: RPI/Union (Nov. 10-11), Quinnipiac (Dec. 8), Cornell/Colgate (Jan. 5-6), Brown/Yale (Jan. 12-13), Clarkson/St. Lawrence (Feb. 9-10). All home games are free.
