Melosini Breaks Single-Game Saves Record As Tigers Earn Three Wins

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The No. 11 Princeton Tigers began 2017 in impressive fashion with three consecutive victories to open up the Navy Open today.
The Highlights:
Ryan Melosini's program record 22 saves for Salem International
Casey Conrad, Alec Mendelsohn, Miles Cole, Andrew Lin, William Ueberroth and Kyle MacMillan all scoring their first career goals

Ryan Melosini's program mark of 22 stops were two more than the previous mark set by three different players. The Tigers kept Salem International without a goal for over nine minutes to start the game, rolling off nine consecutive goals. Princeton allowed just two tallies in the first half and led 11-2. Salem International never got within single digits after the 5:52 mark of the third quarter. 11 different Tigers recorded a goal in the game, highlighted by four tallies from Sean Duncan.
