Tornetta and Wong Selected To Play In Victory Sports Tours/NFHCA Division I Senior Game

PRINCETON, N.J. – Sophia Tornetta and Elise Wong have been picked to play in the Victory Sports Tours/NFHCA Division I Senior Game, the organization announced today.

Tornetta and Wong are two of 38 players selected to participate in the contest. The Senior Game is set for Nov. 16, 2018 (6 p.m.) at the University of Louisville's Trager Stadium, following the conclusion of the NCAA Semifinal games.

Tornetta is a three-time All-Ivy player and has twice been named All-Mid-Atlantic Region. In 2015, she was named Ivy Rookie of the Year. Perhaps one of the greatest goals in program history, the striker secured the game-winner vs. No. 7 Virginia in the 2016 NCAA Quarterfinals as time expired. In 63 career games, she has 26 goals, 26 assists for 77 points along with 113 shots.

Wong has been named All-Ivy three times and is a three-time All-Mid-Atlantic Region player. In 2016, she was honored with an NCAA Final Four All-Tournament Team accolade. In 71 games, the senior has four goals, 15 assists for 23 points.

No. 3 Princeton battles No. 9 Harvard at Bedford Field this Saturday (Oct. 20). The game will get underway at 12 p.m. and be streamed on ESPN+.
