Princeton Receiving Votes In USA Today's Coaches' Poll

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton Tigers are receiving votes in the USA Today Coaches' Poll, the organization announced.

The defending national champions, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, sit at the top spot with 30 of the 32 first-place votes. UConn is second with the two remaining first place votes. Oregon is third, followed by Louisville and Baylor.

Princeton has two opponents in the top 25 in No. 15 DePaul (Nov. 23) and No. 18 Syracuse (Nov. 24). The Tigers battle those two at the Cancun Challenge this month. Other Princeton's opponents receiving votes include Villanova and Quinnipiac.

Head coach Courtney Banghart's team last received votes in the poll in January. The Tigers get the 2018-19 season started at Rider on Tuesday (Nov. 6).
