Stephens led the team with 21 points in just 20 minutes. Drew Friberg snagged 13 points in his collegiate debut, marking the first freshman to score at least double figures in a debut since Devin Cannady in 2015. Nine players had blocks in the game for Princeton. The Tigers forced 19 turnovers and held the Bulldogs to 33.3 percent shooting.

DeSales kept it interesting, closing within four, 16-12, with 13:44 left in the first half, but Princeton rolled off 11 consecutive points over the next four minutes to jump ahead, 27-15. The Bulldogs registered six straight, but the Tigers gained more separation, running off 15-of-16, as their advantage reached 20, 42-22, as the clock ticked under three minutes.Yeah ... Princeton improves to 1-0 on the season while DeSales dropped to 0-1. The Tigers head on the road next week (Nov. 16) to take on Lehigh. The game will tip-off at 8:30 p.m. and be streamed on the Patriot League Network.
