February 21, 2018 | Women's Tennis
Bouncing back from their first and only loss of the season, the 25th-ranked Princeton women's tennis team rolled past Rutgers 7-0 Wednesday night in Jadwin Gym.
Nicole Kalhorn, Stephanie Schrage, Clare McKee, Katrine Steffensen and Nathalie Rodilosso were all winners in both doubles and singles, and five of the six singles wins came in straight sets. Sara Goodwin contributed to a win at third doubles alongside Nathalie Rodilosso before Tiffany Chen won at fifth singles.
The Tigers' lone loss came last Sunday 4-3 to Kentucky, which is ranked 20th in the latest ITA poll and 23rd by the USTA. Princeton is 25th in both polls.
The win continues Princeton's long homestand to begin the spring season, which features three more matches against Big Ten opponents beginning Sunday at 11 a.m. against Indiana.
