2018-19 Princeton Hockey Schedule
The Princeton women's hockey team gets the 2018-19 season started with a bang with a trip to the University of Wisconsin for a pair of games with the Frozen Four team from a year ago. The Tigers and the Badgers have met just one time before, in 1999, resulting in a 4-4 draw. Wisconsin is one of four non-conference opponents on the schedule. Princeton will play a two-game set at Syracuse in November, hosts Merrimack in a two-game series in December and hosts Penn State in late January.
The Tigers' first home weekend of the season is Oct. 26-27 when Yale and Brown come to town. Other ECAC Hockey games at Hobey Baker Rink include: Dartmouth/Harvard (Nov. 2-3), Colgate/Cornell (Nov. 16-17), Quinnipiac (Nov. 30), St. Lawrence/Clarkson (Feb. 1-2), Union/Rensselaer (Feb. 15-16)
All women's hockey games at Hobey Baker Rink are free.
Princeton returns 16 of 18 letterwinners from last year including 89 percent of its point production. All-ECAC selection and the 2017 ECAC Rookie of the Year Carly Bullock returns for her junior season after collecting 24 goals and eight assists last year. The 2016 ECAC Rookie of the Year and two-time all-ECAC skater Karlie Lund looks to move further up the Princeton all-time scoring list. She already has 105 career points entering her final season in Orange & Black. The Tigers return its four defenders from a year ago that helped to team to seven shutouts last year. Also back is junior Stephanie Neatby in goal. Neatby, a two-time finalist for the league Goalie of the Year and the winner in 2017, owns an impressive .938 save percentage and a 1.74 goals against average in 45 games played.
