PRINCETON, N.J. – Following a week with two top-five victories, the Princeton Tigers climbed to No. 5 in the Penn Monto/NFHCA Division I Coaches' Poll.

North Carolina jumped into the top spot with 1,105 points and 16 first-place votes. Connecticut had 24 first-place votes, but finished just three points behind the Tar Heels (1,102). Maryland and Duke round out the top five with Princeton. The Tigers' opponent on Sunday, Delaware, is No. 13.

The Tigers opened up last week with double-overtime victory over No. 5 Penn State on the road before a comeback victory over No. 4 Duke at Bedford Field. MaryKate Neff's goal with 16:38 proved to be the game-winner and would later be the No. 4 play on the 11 p.m. SportsCenter's Top 10 Plays of the Day.

Princeton takes on Monmouth to Bedford Field on Sept. 14. The game will get underway at 4 p.m., and can be streamed on ESPN+.
