Season Opener Set for Monday, Tuesday at Towson for Princeton Women's Golf Team

The two-time defending Ivy League champion Princeton women's golf team will get its fall campaign going Monday and Tuesday at the Towson Invitational at Eagle's Nest Country Club in Phoenix, Md., north of Baltimore.
The tournament is set for 36 holes Monday, with play beginning with a shotgun start at 10 a.m. (updated), and 18 holes Tuesday, with another shotgun start at 7:30 a.m. Maya Walton, Annie Kong, Anabelle Chang, Alison Chang, Tiana Lau and Amanda Brown will represent the Tigers with Brown competing as an individual.
Delaware State, Fairfield, Hampton, Lehigh, Long Island, Monmouth and St. Francis (Pa.) will join the Tigers from Towson and Princeton at the event. It'll be the first of four fall events for Princeton, with the Princeton Invitational on the final weekend of September, followed by tournaments hosted by Old Dominion and Brown in October.
The Tigers, two-time defending Ivy League champions, return three of the five golfers from the 2018 Ivy championship team, including sophomore Anabelle Chang, junior Walton and senior Lau.
