Tigers Move Up on Second Day at Yale

Turning in a score 14 shots better than their score from Friday, the Princeton women's golf team moved up the leaderboard at the Yale Fall Intercollegiate in New Haven, now tied for seventh heading into Sunday's final round.
Host Yale trimmed its score by seven shots from Friday to hold onto its lead, now 10 strokes better than the University of Stirling from Scotland. Yale's Ami Gianchandani leads the field after turning in a second-round 65 that included four birdies, and eagle and nothing below par to take a three-stroke lead over Harvard's Anina Ku. Gianchandani's second round stands as the tournament low by four strokes.
Tiffany Kong and Grace Ni share low-Tiger honors, tied for 14th overall at +5.
Princeton will begin teeing off from the first hole at 8:50 a.m. to wrap up the tournament. The Tigers' scores are below, and complete results are available via Golfstat here.
