Weekend Look-back: No. 7/7 Princeton Splits First Home League Weekend
November 10, 2019 | Women's Ice Hockey
Sharon Frankel had a goal in each game and the Tigers split the first home weekend of the ECAC Hockey League season with a 6-2 loss to Harvard before bouncing back with a 2-1 win over Dartmouth.
Away from Baker Rink, Sarah Fillier and Claire Thompson spent the weekend competing for Team Canada in a pair of exhibition games against Team USA at the Pittsburgh Penguins' practice facility. Fillier had a goal in Canada's 4-1 win in Friday's game, and she assisted on Canada's second goal in Sunday's 5-2 win.
Before Princeton heads back out on the road for a trip to Union and RPI on the weekend ahead, have a look back at the Tigers' goals against their Ivy rivals from New England.
