Weekend Look-back: No. 8/8 Princeton Sweeps Weekend at Union, RPI

Putting up a combined 11 goals, the eighth-ranked Princeton women's hockey team swept the New York capital region road trip, defeating Union 7-2 Friday night and RPI 4-1 Saturday afternoon.Â
The four points helped Princeton pull within one point of the ECAC Hockey League lead, with Cornell at 11 points and Princeton and Harvard at 10.
Sophomore Sarah Fillier led the Tigers with seven points and three goals, and senior Carly Bullock added six points on two goals and four helpers. Bullock's goals gave her 73 for her career, two out of a tie for 10th place on the program's all-time list.
Freshman Annie Kuehl had her first goal in the win over RPI.Â
On the weekend ahead, the Tigers will host Black Out Baker Friday night at 6 against No. 5/5 Clarkson, with the first 500 fans getting Black Out Baker t-shirts. The weekend will continue Saturday at 3 p.m. with a visit from St. Lawrence.
