Men’s & Women’s Swimming & Diving Lead After Day One at Big Al Invite

PRINCETON, N.J. – After one day of competition at the Big Al Invitational inside DeNunzio Pool, the Princeton University men's & women's swimming & diving teams both sit in first place.

The Tigers won four events on the day including the women's 200 freestyle relay where the team of Nicole Venema, Amelia Liu, Lauren McGrath and Cathy Teng posted a time of 1:31.64 seconds.
Ellie Marquardt would finish first and earn an NCAA B cut in the women's 500 freestyle after touching the wall at 4:40.56 seconds, as would Raunak Khosla in the men's 200 IM after he finished in 1:45.05 seconds.
Rounding out the Tigers' event winners was Mimi Lin who won the 3-meter diving and earned an NCAA Zone cut with a score of 320.79.
