Weekend Look-Back: Fillier's Six-Point Night Highlights Weekend at Baker

Sarah Fillier's six-point night on a goal and five assists marked the first time in 14 years that a Tiger had either a five-assist game or a six-point game, and it helped deliver the sixth-ranked Tigers a 7-5 win over Colgate Saturday at Baker Rink.
Kim Pearce '07 had six assists in a 7-0 win over Cornell on Dec. 2, 2005, the last time a Princeton player had either five helpers or six points.
Fillier became the first player in the Division I this season with five assists, and she's one of only two players in Division I with a six-point game. Providence's Sara Hjalmarsson had three goals and three helpers against the Friars' crosstown rival and Princeton's Ivy foe Brown on Nov. 30.
The win over Colgate, part of a weekend split, helped Princeton stay atop the ECAC with 16 points, one in front of Cornell, with ECAC Hockey play on break until Jan. 3. Princeton will return to ECAC play Jan. 10 at Dartmouth, and until then, the Tigers will face current No. 5/5 Ohio State Saturday and Sunday at City National Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. before hosting Saint Anselm for a pair on Jan. 3 and 4 at Baker Rink.
