Castellano Named CWPA Co-Player of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. – Amy Castellano has been named the Collegiate Water Polo Association's (CWPA) Co-Player of the Week.
Castellano had an impressive outing in a 15-7 victory over Villanova, producing nine points. She scored four times and had five assists, a career-high, as Princeton won its fourth straight decision. Her five helpers are tied for the fifth most in a single-game in program history.
It's the junior's first conference weekly accolade. Castellano leads the team with 16 goals and is second with 26 points this season. The Tigers have won four straight games and sit 5-2.
Princeton takes on LaSalle on the road next Friday (Feb. 22, 7 p.m.) before taking part in the Marist Invitational (Feb. 23-24).
