Connors is the ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Month

Maggie Connors has been named the ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Month, for the month of February it was announced by the league office this afternoon.
Connors led the ECAC in goals scored this month with 10 goals and added three assists in just eight games.
She started the month scoring the overtime game winner against St. Lawrence, her second goal of the game. She had her second career hat trick and became the first Tiger to have a five-point game in 12 years when she had four goals and one assist at Brown. The next day she had another goal and an assist. Connors scored twice in a win over Union and had a goal and an assist vs. No. 6 Clarkson.
This year in the ECAC, Connors has earned Rookie of the Week (Dec. 10) and Player of the Week (Jan. 14). She was also tabbed the NCAA First Star of the Week on Jan. 15.
No. 7 Princeton takes on No. 5 Cornell on Saturday in the semifinals of the ECAC Hockey Championship on Saturday at Lynah Rink.
