Otal of Men's Track & Field Rewrites Record Book at Turkey Toss

ATHENS, Ga. – Competing at the Turkey Toss Meet Sunday, Robbie Otal of the Princeton University men's track & field team produced one of the best discus throws in school and Ivy League history.
Otal's mark of 196'4'' was just short of the school record of 196'7'', held by 1984 Olympian Augie Wolf '83. His mark now stands as the second-best all-time in Princeton history.
The mark topped Otal's previous PR of 184'10'' which he earned at the Larry Ellis Meet in 2019; the mark was also No. 4 on Princeton's all-time top-10 list.
