Men’s Swimming & Diving to Host Columbia

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton University men's swimming & diving team will compete in its final meet before the commencement of postseason competition Saturday against Columbia University at 2 p.m. inside DeNunzio Pool.
Tiger Notes
The Tigers are 7-2 on the season and 5-1 in Ivy League meets. Last weekend the Tigers hosted the HYP meet and while Princeton narrowly fell to Harvard University, the Tigers defeated Yale University 182-171.
Raunak Khosla continued his outstanding season at the HYP meet, picking up victories in the 400 IM with a time of 3:46.59 seconds and the 200 breaststroke after he touched the wall at 1:56.00 seconds. Both times were NCAA B cuts and his time in the 200 breaststroke was the third-fastest time in program history.
All four of Princeton's divers have qualified to compete at the NCAA Zone A Championships in March including Colten Young, who broke a 14 year old school record on platform on Saturday, January 25.
Scouting Columbia
The Lions have a 5-3 record on the season and are 4-2 in Ivy League meets. In its most recent meet, the Lions defeated Dartmouth College 196-102 on Saturday, February 1 inside the Percy Uris Natatorium.
In the most recent meet between Princeton and Columbia, the Tigers came out on top 161.5-138.5 on Saturday, December 8, 2018 in New York, New York.
In 2018-19, the Lions went 5-4 overall and 3-4 in conference dual meets. At the Ivy League Championships Columbia finished fourth with 1,037 points.
