Women's Cross Country Finishes Second at 2021 Ivy League Championships
October 30, 2021 | Women's Cross Country
PRINCETON, N.J. – On a day highlighted by freshman Fiona Max earning a second-place finish, the Princeton University women's cross country team finished second at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships Saturday at West Windsor Fields.
"We have much to celebrate today as a team," said Head Coach Brad Hunt. "Though we fell short of our goal to be best in the Ivy League this fall, the foundation for future success has been set by a young and talented group. We cannot wait for the opportunity to compete at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional as we battle the best in the region for a chance to advance to the NCAA Championships. A special thank you to all the remarkable fans and passionate alums that have made the return to competition an absolute joy. It is great to be a Tiger!"
