Defending National Champion Women's Lightweight Rowing Squad Announces 2022 Schedule

PRINCETON, N.J. – The 2021 National Champion Princeton women's lightweight rowing team has released its 2022 schedule.
The campaign gets underway at Georgetown on Mar. 26 for the Class of 2006 Cup. Princeton welcomes Radcliffe to Lake Carnegie for the Class of 1999 Cup one week later.
Head coach Paul Rassam's group heads to the Knecht Cup on Apr. 9-10 on Cooper River before heading to California to take on Stanford (Apr. 17).
Eastern Sprints begins the month of May (May 1) while the IRA Championships (June 3-5) finish the season.
The Tigers ran an abbreviated schedule in 2021, earning a win over Drexel and two medals at the Dad Vail Regatta. Princeton won the national championship with a 26.3-second victory over Wisconsin.
