Ayorinde Competes in 200 Meters at NCAA East Regional

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – After an outstanding regular season, sophomore Ibrahim Ayorinde of the Princeton University men's track & field team competed in the 200 meters at the NCAA East Regional Thursday night at Visit Jax Track at Hodges Stadium.
Competing in Heat No. 2, Ayorinde, finished sixth in 21.02. Six total heats of the 200 meters were contested and he finished 28th out of 48 total competitors.
Ayorinde holds the second fastest outdoor time in the 200 in school history of 20.88 seconds, which he earned at Fast Times Before Finals on Saturday, May 1 in Glassboro, New Jersey.
