Men’s Swimming and Diving Drop Yale, Fall to Harvard at HYPs

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Princeton University men's swimming and diving team split the weekend at HYPs, beating Yale 189.50-163.50 and falling to Harvard 228-125.
The Tigers placed in the top three in seven of nine events. Raunak Khosla touched first in both events he raced in, including the 400 IM (3:48.52) and 200 breaststroke (1:56.09). In addition, Khosla's time in the 200 breast is a pool record.
In the 100 freestyle, Max Walther (44.02) earned second place with a time of 44.02. Meanwhile, Tyler Hong (1:46.12) took third in the 200 backstroke.
As usual, the relay events were a success for the Tigers. The quartet of Tyler Hong, Josh Brown, Nicholas Lim and Brian Lou (1:28.22) placed second in the 200-medley relay, while the squad of Josh Brown, Brian Lou, Jonathan Pollock and Max Walther (2:56.40) took third in the 400 free relay.
In the 3-meter dive, Taso Callanan placed third with a score of 355.60
Next up: The Tigers will host the Ivy League Championships starting February 23rd at 6:00 p.m inside DeNunzio pool.
