ITA All-American Championships Begin for Fnu Nidunjianzan

TULSA, Okla. – Freshman Fnu Nidunjianzan of the Princeton University men's tennis team opened play at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-American Championships Monday in qualifying singles, at the Case Tennis Center.
Nidunjianzan, the No. 6 ranked newcomer by the ITA, took fifth-year senior Trice Pickens of Northwestern to three sets in a three-hour battle, but came up just short 6-7, 6-4, 6-4.
Play resumes for Nidunjianzan in the consolation round tomorrow at a time to be announced.
