Football Nationally Ranked in Two Polls, Named Athlon FCS Team of the Week

PRINCETON – Princeton Football is ranked in two national polls, coming at No. 17 in the AFCA Coaches' Poll and No. 25 in the Stats Perform FCS Poll, the organizations announced today.

The Tigers have been ranked in the AFCA poll for three weeks while it's the first time they have appeared in the Stats Perform poll.

Princeton was also named the Athlon FCS Team of the Week after its 35-9 victory over Cornell. The Tigers are 7-0 so far, having scored at least 35 points in three straight contests. Princeton has won nine straight games dating back to last year and have 17 of its last 18.

Head coach Bob Surace's squad welcomes Dartmouth to Princeton Saturday. Kick-off is set for 1 p.m.
