Women's Water Polo Announces 2023 Schedule

PRINCETON – The Princeton Women's Water Polo Team has released its 2023 schedule.
The Tigers begin the 2023 campaign with the Princeton Winter Tournament (Jan. 27-29). Two weeks later, head coach Derek Ellingson's crew takes part in the Bucknell Invitational (Feb. 11-12). The month of February finishes with Princeton Invitational which features five games for the Tigers over two days (Feb. 25-26).
Princeton heads west for the Aztec Invitational (Mar. 11-12) before contests vs. Long Beach State (Mar. 14) and Pomona-Pitzer (Mar. 15). The California trip finishes with the LMU Invitational (Mar. 18) highlighted by a game vs. 2022 national semifinalist UCLA. Wagner comes to DeNunzio on Mar. 30.
April is a heavy Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) month as the Tigers head to Cambridge for battles vs. Bucknell and Saint Francis (Apr. 1) and Michigan (Apr. 2). Princeton heads back on the road to take on Harvard and Brown (Apr. 8) before going to Ann Arbor, Mich., to finish the regular season vs. Michigan, Bucknell and Saint Francis (Apr. 15-16).
The CWPA Championships take place at DeNunzio Pool (Apr. 28-30). Princeton won 21 games last season, securing third place at the conference tournament.
