Women's Water Polo Finishes Princeton Invitational With 10-3 Win Over Saint Francis

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton women's water polo team finished out the Princeton Invitational at 5-0, securing a 10-3 decision over the Saint Francis Red Flashes on Sunday afternoon.
Princeton scored six of the first seven goals of the game and led 6-2 at halftime. The Tigers held the Red Flashes off the scoreboard for the first 9:11 of the contest. Head coach Derek Ellingson's squad pitched a shutout in the third stanza and cruised to a 10-3 decision.
The Tigers are now 9-2 overall and on a seven-game winning streak. Princeton has three wins over top-25 squads and has scored at least nine goals in every game. Ellingson's group will head on the road in two weeks for CWPA action.
