Women’s Track and Field with Four Top-10 School Performances on Day Two of the Raleigh Relays

RALEIGH, N.C. – The Princeton University women's track and field team had another fantastic outing on day two of the Raleigh Relays, delivering four top-10 school performances.
In the 100 meters, Brianna Mponzi moves into fifth all-time in school history with a time of 11.92, while Grace Lanouette lands eighth all-time with a mark of 12.05. Also racing in the event was Olivia Hee (12.22).
*Please note for the above performances, a positive wind reading above 2.0 meters per second was detected. As a result, the NCAA, USATF, USTFCCCA, and World Athletics rules indicate such performances cannot count for record setting purposes.
In the 400 meters, Lauren Harris and India Ingemi turned in times of 56.73 and 58.08 respectively.
The Tigers had eight finishers in the 1500 meters, including Fiona Max (4:27.82) in 47th, Maggie Hock (4:28.19) in 53rd, India Weir (4:28.59) in 59th, Abby Loveys (4:31.48) in 88th, Mari Noble (4:32.39) in 96th, Maggie Liebich (4:34.40) in 112th, Lexi Allen (4:37.90) in 146th and Angie Allen (4:37.90) in 151st.
For the second day in a row, Siniru Iheoma added her name to the history books. Iheoma recorded a distance of 46.68 meters in the discus, good for seventh all-time in school history. Luisa Chantler Edmond (41.69 m) and Jalah Morris (41.19 m) also competed in the event.
In the high jump, Madeleine Wood placed fifth with a mark of 1.70 meters, tying her for sixth all-time in school history.
Tia Rozario placed 11th in the triple jump with a leap of 12.00 meters.
