No. 19 Women’s Water Polo Opens Up Three Game Home Stand

PRINCETON, N.J. – The No. 19 Princeton University women's water polo team will host their final home stand of the season, this weekend inside DeNunzio pool.
The Tigers battle No. 22 Harvard on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. On Sunday, the orange and black will face Mount St. Mary's at 9:00 a.m. and No. 7 Michigan at 3:00 p.m.
Prior to their game against Harvard, Princeton will celebrate the class of 2022. Four seniors will be honored, including Alana Evans, Jamie Kim, Nicole Kresich and Isabel Zaller.
Princeton is 17-5 overall and 6-0 in CWPA conference action. At the Loyola Marymount Invitational, Head Coach Derek Ellingson's squad went 2-1 in three games, falling to the hosts 13-9 before claiming consecutive wins against Biola (16-9) and Cal State East Bay (10-6).
Kayla Yelensky leads the team with 65 points, scoring 38 goals and dishing out 27 assists. Jovana Sekulic owns the team lead in goals with 58 tallies, while Rachael Carver has a team-high 34 helpers. Including Yelensky and Sekulic, the Tigers have 10 double-digit goal scorers. Isabel Zaller paces Princeton with 151 saves in 22 games.
